TRAKRE — Real Estate Team Accountability

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TRAKRE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRAKRE is a real estate team accountability and performance tracking platform. It provides daily check-in tools, team dashboards, reporting, and related features for real estate teams and brokerages.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TRAKRE will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

TRAKRE offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid monthly subscription at $97/month per team. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful or fraudulent content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TRAKRE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRAKRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
